`No way of wrapping it pretty or pretending otherwise: Rafa was dying. I start pacing in my room thinking about what I could do but I knew there was nothing I could. I am not a doctor my brothers dying and I cant do nothing about it. I look around my room and see all his pictures of when he was a kid. There’s photo’s covering the crack that he made when he threw beer at me. I look round and see the dirty red walls covering the whole room and our white beds which where good but comparing it to our old life it felt like sleeping on clouds.

I come out the room and see mami sitting on our shiny brown sofa with Rafa’s clothes in her hands, from when he was a baby,                                                                                                                                                          ” He bought him this” mami said with a slight tear coming down her eye.                                                         “But why did you keep it I thought you hated him” I replied but then she said                                                         “I do really but it was the first and only thing that he ever bought Rafa” I went over to give her a hug.

I left the hose to go and smoke but as I go out I see a familiar face. It was Rafa, I run over to him and say ” what are you doing here? You’re meant to be in hospital” I questioned                                                                          “I don’t care, am felling fine, I really don’t  know what all the fuss is about”                                                              ”  you have cancer”                                                                                                                                           “yeah and”                                                                                                                                                                ” come back to the hospital they will look after you” He sits down on a rusty old park bench and I sit down beside him and he says ” Remember when he picked us up and brought us here”                                        “Yeah almost 20 years ago” I replied. We look into the distance and see two brothers playing in a colorful playground, it had had a giant green swing and a shiny long slide, it looked like they were having a lot of fun together then I say   “Its a shame we were never like that”                                                                                      ” Sure we were” he would reply                                                                                                                          “No we really weren’t” then we both snigger                                                                                                         “How about this me, you and ma go for some burger and chips and then I’ll take you to the hospital” I said          “Fine but only if you’re paying” he replies

I call ma down to come but at first she was a little surprised to see him but then once I told her what happened and what we were going to do she understood. We were gong to walk to a new burger shop but while walking to the shop we were very surprised to see Rafa’s monarch in one peace, it was cleaner and in better condition then when we last saw it with you know who also it had the keys on the outside, when I guided Rafa to the back seat of the car we see an envelope and inside it was the 100 dollar bill and a letter saying,

Dear miss Isabella, Rafa and Yunior,                                                                                                                       I am very sorry that I stole from you I had to go somewhere, it was urgent my ma called and she wasn’t feeling well, so I had to go. I know I should’ve asked but I knew you wouldn’t have let me as I know you never really liked me. So I seriously felt bad and guilty especially how Rafa’s very ill, I thought about it and I brought everything back and I just wanted to say sorry.                                                                                                     By Pura.

Once we read it mami burnt it with Rafa’s lighter and she put the 100 dollar bill in her bag then Rafa said      “Why ma!”                                                                                                                                                                  ” you know why, Rafa, after all that you still want to forgive her” Once ma said that the car went silent and I started diving off. I turn on the radio only to find the news which was saying ” At approximately 3.00pm there will be a big earthquake that will go through all of New Jersey, for now everybody should stay inside and boarder up there house to make sure you will be safe”                                                                                                         Then I say”But that’s only 30 minutes away we will never make it we should go back home” but then Rafa says  ” Ohh Yunior same old Yunior scared of everything trust me its a lie they always say this its just for entertainment at 3.00pm we will be dope”                                                                                                         “Fine then” then I turn off the radio and drive ahead.

When we reached to the new Burger place we found out it was called, Rafas burger bar and then he said ” See am so awesome they even named a burger place after me,” but when we went through the drive through it was barded up with a note saying “We are closed, opening back up once the earthquake is finished” then I say        ”  We should go back now!” and mami agreed, we were expecting Rafa to tell us how scared we are of everything but then we didn’t …

… Me and Ma turned round only to find Rafa laying there flat on the worn away seats, with his eyes closed. I jumped to the back of the car and start shouting and slapping him Rafa trying to wake him up, I always wanted to slap Rafa and not to get killed back but I never thought it would be while it was dying. I jumped back to the front of the car and start driving, Ma jumps to the back and tries to help Rafa, he starts coughing like mad and turns as white as a polar bear but driving down to the hospital it was completely deserted “Ma there’s something wrong here” and she replies by saying ” I know but just keep driving!”.

We nearly reached the hospital but then we feel a bit of rumbling it starts getting harder and harder until there was a full on earthquake we’ve never felt anything like this before, I look into Ma’s eyes and the fear in there was unbearable and then I see Rafa’s eyes to find them open and then he says ” H# h# I t##d yo# ##u w##e s#a##d” unfortunately I couldn’t hear what he was saying but then I shout “GOODBYE” and then they both say it back and we all smile and then I see trees falling on parks and across roads and I also see roads cracking up but then it went pitch black.

I wake up to find myself under a pile of rubble, bricks and a tree but then I see some light and someone is standing there reaching out to me and I say ” God is this you” in a weird cackling sound but then I couldn’t remember a thing after that. “Beeeep Beeeep Beeeep” was the first thing I hear after that, I open my eyes and see blue clothed people standing around my bed clapping I sit up to see a  tube going up my nose and another one going through my hand I sit up, I feel very dizzy and light headed so I ask ” where am I”  I try to shake my self awake and they say ” You’re in hospital” I look around and see a blue shiny curtain reflecting from the light above it going round my bed, I look down and see I am laying on a white, clean long gurney so then I ask “what going on” and they reply by saying “there was a earthquake you guys got caught up by it and you where in a coma for 5 weeks” and then I remember about Rafa and Ma so then I say                                                        ” Where’s my brother and my mum”                                                                                                                   ” Do you mean the people that were in the car with you”                                                                            “YES!”                                                                                                                                                                       ” Erh am sorry but they didn’t make it”                                                                                                                 “NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO your lying”   I rip of everything that is connected to me and head for that exist but before I leave I see the person that I thought I would never see again…

I believe that Macbeth is not a tragic hero I think that he is just a butcher I think this because of the following reasons firstly Macbeth is supposed to be a strong noble warrior and was  meant protect his king and his country but once he met the witches  and they told him about the prophecy he went on a killing streak and then just started killing anyone who he thought was a threat of taking the crown and then his first target was his king Duncan and they (Macbeth and lady Macbeth) we’re planning this murder since the moment they found out that Duncan gave the crown Malcolm and Macbeth was angry so he planned to kill Duncan when he arrived at his palace and that’s exactly what he did but what he did next was a bit surprising especially because of what people said about him like how he was a great warrior and pretty much one them the fight and how he was so brave and would never back down from anything but once Duncan arrived at the castle he didn’t kill him face to face he waited tell he was sleeping and then killed him there and when he did that he didn’t want to be the suspect he covered the guards in all of Duncan’s blood and spread on them and also hide the weapons on them so that everyone thinks its them and unfortunately it worked when Macbeth got chosen to be king he got the guards and brought them to a room and killed them so that they couldn’t tell anyone who actually killed Duncan but I doubt anyone would have listened or even believed them and they were close because before he died Duncan gave him the honour of being thane of Cawdor and he was the thane of Glamis and Duncan chose him over lots of different people and then he goes and kills him.

Dear diary

I’ve finally done it the assassins have been sent to kill my old friend Banquo but know I’ve done I kind of really regret lying and send the murders to kill him because the only reason I did it is to keep my crown because I thought he might have told everyone that I actually killed Duncan. My my a thunder storm just came out from nowhere and for some reason I think the deed is done my friend might be dead arh all of a sudden I want Banquo to kill the assassins and he stays alive but if that does happen Banquo will know it was m who sent them to kill him so really know I hope they all die. Man this all stared because of the witches why would they tell us that prophecy but its not all down to them devils its also happened because of her lady Macbeth I let her mocking come in my way of first my king and next my best friend I should have been a man and stood my ground instead of her treating me like a puppet and she is the puppet master who can I allow her to do this am a solider I should start acting like it all she wants is to become queen she doesn’t care about me or the country its just about the money and the power. That’s it from this point on she doesn’t tell me what to do. However everything that the witches have said so far is true so they said that Banquo’s son will be king but that must mean he will survive my am lucky I didn’t go and kill Banquo so that fleance can see it and tells everybody that it was me that did it but as a favour to the future dead Banquo I should make Fleance the next king of Scotland as an honour to Banquo death, hmm if I say this at his funeral most people will be sure that I had nothing to do with the murder of my “best friend” Banquo, man am smart, however I wonder how life is going to be like from this point on like if am ever going to see the witches ever again and if am going to keep the crown all of a sudden I want the witches to come up into this room and tell me what my future is going to be like or even just give me a hint of what might happen to my crown. Maybe later on in the month I might frame the lady Macbeth after all most of this might not have happened even if it meant not having the crown I would have still have my great king and my good friend alive and well and with us today. I could have at least said good bye or actually fought them my selves like a man and not have been a scaredy cat .

You just missed the battle of the decade and there probably isn’t going to be a battle like this in a century. So let me tell you what actually happened firstly let me just say there was a lot of deaths and even more injuries so the infirmary was totally full the doctors were so busy trying to heal people and they did a good job however the oppositions had even more deaths and injuries mainly because of our captains Macbeth and Banquo and weren’t they the best captains ever killing every one of our enemies in sight probably killing half the troops together however Macbeth killed more people than Banquo he even killed the Norwegian lord who was leading well trying to lead the other team to victory but dead in the processes I mean we could have have had a bigger victory but the original thane of cawdor is a traitor and was part of Norway’s team so macbeth ended up killing him so if it wasn’t for him we would of lost so we all thank brave, heroic, skilful macbeth to lead us all the way to victory but there is one problem we no longer have a thane of cawdor so who is it going to be? I guess no one knows NO am joking its obviously macbeth I mean he killed the traitor and pretty much won it for us so its not been announced but am pretty sure its going to be him. However Banquo did play a big part in the battle and with out him he wouldn’t have gave a point to macbeth that the thane of cawdor was free for the taking and thats when he died and also Banquo killed many men but saved just as much including macbeth it was him who called out macbeth just as someone was running to him about to kill him but he called out his name and saved his life so.

This battle took place at a heath a calm peaceful place which was absolutely beautiful and wonderful well before the battle it was like this however after the battle it totally changed it was all roughed up, it was muddy all over, dirty and all the flowers had been trampled all over on and are now gone and the mood of the place had absoulutly changed it was know scary

To stage the beginning of Mac Beth is I would start with how the witches speak so the way they would speak is firstly they would have a normal soft kind of voice like a normal person and then after they while there saying there lines and through the middle they make a transition from a soft voice to a old and croaky voice the normal type of witches voice but then they all drink a potion in the end with makes there voice go back to that soft normal kind of voice that they had at the beginning.

Next on what I would do is decide what the witches would actually wear and where they would where to so firstly the setting would be a old abandoned fair park or fair ground witch is dark and scary and very moody and on that fair ground there is a few rides like rollercoasters, fairesswheel, a big top for where the circus was and  most importantly the scary ghost ride where the witches secret hide out or there lair where all there cauldrons and there spells are. Now the witches will be young bad boy teenagers on there phone when they come but change back to an old raggedy normal typical witch.

After that am going to talk about the lighting so firstly at the setting there will be no lights at all and then once the witches come in the lights shine on them while the pretend to be teenagers on there phones and then there will be a flash of lighting and the witches change to be there other character the old witch and then when they leave to there secret lair the lights follow them and when they reach the door the lights go off and they use candles to light up the place

lastly I want to talk about the staging now there are a few parts to it such as props and what they will be using and the movement so where they will come in from so firstly the movement. At the start I want the three witches to enter from opposite sides so one from the left one from the right and one from the centre and they meet  in the middle and then there they drink there potion (witch is one of the props) and turn to normal and then they go to there lair and say there lines. Now the props are the potions that they drink and that are in the lair also there will be hats and a broom stick that they carry around.

And that’s how I would direct act 1 scene1 of Macbeth.

As the sun rises from behind the earth, I saw the most beautiful sight I have ever seen. It was like I was in heaven but don’t worry I’m not dead well not yet anyway.It was a cold freezing summer, weird isn’t  it summer and its really cold but this wasn’t                any old place it was space great view from the window of earth you can see the whole thing well half of it any way but still a good view anyway and I mean its one of the best part of being here for 8 years well and we have apes up here to.

“Pete we need you now in sector 4” so as I went to sector 4 I stopped of to see my favourite monkey Ceaser and to see if he’s feeling alright. As soon as I got there I shouted

“How’s he doing Dr Sue”

“Much better Pete I mean I think he really likes the bracelet you gave him well I mean they better not let him go out on a mission like the other monkeys I mean he is not ready for that if he goes out he might … well you know”.

As soon as she finished drinnnng drinnnng the sound of the computer went of and we found out it was my family back in America and I saw my beautiful family in front of a beach and over the distance I can see kids laughing and having a good time with the wind blowing into there hair and them swimming and building sand castle while having ice cream ohh how I wish to have an ice cream I wish I could be there it seems like the perfect day as good as anything but I couldn’t tell them or show them I mean there already sad and if they found out they would be more sad but  the first sound I heard was my best friend Jack

“when are you coming bob well it not like I miss you or anything but your parents cry all alot”

” well where are they” and that when I here my sister cry

“because am engaged”and cheering and clapping starts.

“when are you going to get married”

and that’s when the laughter’s starts pouring “funny but I miss you guys ohh wait I have to go bye”

“bye”

“Can we have Pete to sector 4 now!”

so I start to run to the major and over here its just all white and so much button normally so dull but this time there was something out the win  it was a strange sight I’ve never seen anything like it was like when you put whipped cream on your ice cream and it swirls up its a very strange spiral.

“yes its why we called you here we think its some sort of portal”

“wait a portal that seems very unlikely we need to test this out”

“yes we thought of that as well”

“well then what monkey are we using this time”

“well as ceaser is already sick and all of our other monkeys is fully healthy we might as well use him and if it doesn’t go so well then ”

” no I will not allow it what if he dies I might never see him again”

I shouted ” unfortunately its not your decision so sue get the pod ready for take of immediately ”

“fine but your going to regret it ” .

I ran straight to ceaser to see him of praying that everything is going to be alright and ceaser can return home as soon as possible and everything can return to normal well our normal anyway so as  I see ceaser taking off he looked very scared but not only that it felt like he said something to me it felt like he said goodbye and then he went and for most of the time that’s the only thing I thought of and once it closed the whole thing was just eating me up.

“okay so as am the major I will guide him to the portal”

“no you go nowhere near the control pad I will guide ceaser to the portal”

“okay but only this once , so guide the pod slowly and carefully to the portal”

As soon as the pod left it was like the whole space craft was running away .But the pod from quickly just disappearing into nowhere or more like into the portal.

” its all your fault you so called major am going out to find him weather you like it or not ”

” well am not going to stop you” and that’s when sue said ”

“your not even giving him a fight to stop him” and that’s when I go with sue right behind me and it doesn’t take long before I get ready and that’s when sue says

” am not going to try and stop you because once you’ve mad a decision your stuck on it so get him back and return safely ”

“thanks for believing in me”

and that’s when I went with the whole of the crew watching me and then POW! my whole life just flashed before my eyes I was #bloadfoam. I just went through the portal without realising.The next thing I remember is being in a cage with other humans who look like there servants.

“Where are we and what time is this”

and that’s when I got the surprise of my life ” where in the planets of the apes and this is the year 3000″ ” have I been asleep for that long ” “longer” and that’s when I remember he said planet of the apes and then I realised where in a jungle with some sort of and old  fashioned like houses actually looks quite calm its like a very natures park however the monkeys selling humans as slaves and used them for there work however these monkeys look a bit weird like a puppet and then I noticed something there’s a monkey sitting on a chair like he was the king and it looked an awful like ceaser and then I noticed that he was wearing the bracelets I gave him it  and I was in shock . Surrounded by talking monkeys and they were wiping them so then without me thinking about it I dive in and saved a poor young innocent life and he wipped me and then that was the end of me.

neologisms

#bloadfoam~ its another word for gobsmacked.

My first story is called mighty med the first main part of the story is that 2 children called Oliver and Kaz go to a hospital because one of them has a splinter so while they’re there they see a person who looks like a person from there comics go in to a closet and just disappear so they go  in and go through a portal which leads them to a super hero hospital.

secondly some guards find them and find out that there normals and get arrested for finding out about the secret and get sentence to death and there starting to really get worried.

lastly they sneakily escape and find a very poorly person who is about to die so with some hi tech gear they accidently save her life and as everyone thinks there a hero they get t work there.

my second sci fi story is called is Tyrese is terrace firstly Tyrese sees some weird going on around his town and he sees a person going trough a street next to his house that he has never seen before.

so he decides to go trough and sees loads of different aliens and they all stare at him because he’s an outsider and  he goes walks around the town and gets lost.

He meets the mayor and she says the only way to get out live is to beat there fighter in a sword battle however he loses so they brain wash him and turn him into one of them and without a trace he diapers.

My first sci fi story is called pythias the first key event that happened was the main character (who does not say his name) shot a person called Lawrence. 2) so now the government said that the will execute murders so they are going to kill him. 3) Lawrence actually saved his life.

my 2nd sci fi story is called Rachel’s house. 1) she in her house saying that in 3 minutes she will take the walk known as the walk as the long walk down and she doesn’t want to. 2) it seems like she was writing a diary about her last days of her life. 3) she says she knows she will die in prison and is very suspenseful.

Mr Philip Reeve creates an effective character called shrike he does this by giving shrike a good introduction this is when shrike got captured by Magnus Crome the Lord mayor he gives the reader a slight shock because of the way Reeve described his voice like “someone  scratching on a blackboard” from that point the reader wants to know more about this mysterious character and who he came to be this resurrected man who has turned into a cyborg so Reeve is giving us something about this strange character but not to much so we can carrying on reading so he’s leaving us on a cliff hanger and people might wonder what is to come of this character shrike!

There are many different sides of shrike at different times of the story at one point he could be this evil heartless man who thinks of nothing but himself such as the time when he arrived at air heaven he arrived with a big entrance and probably killed everything in his path it says here that “over by the doorway a sudden cloud of vapour bloomed, and out of it stepped a stalker” Now this quote is also giving shrike a very interesting entrance and the reader might think that who’s coming and is giving the story more suspense.

Now there is another side to shrike that you might have not noticed he could be at times very kind and thought full like the time when they where on airheven and tom and Hester managed to escape so they were on a air balloon floating away from shrike until he caught up to them and Hester let all the gas out and once they jumped out the balloon shot up and shrike knew that tom and Hester weren’t inside but he still went after the balloon and let them live that bit longer. Also the only reason he wanted to kill Hester is because he wants here to be a cyborg like him and marry her and that’s kind of him a bit evil but in a kind sort of way.

Once shrike reached London Magnus crome had taken him to the engineerium ,as he had expected, he spent 18 months there waiting for her to arrive ,the workers took him apart and put him back again a dozen times or so but it was worth it well for him at least he made a deal with Magnus crome, if he kill Hester and tom he will get his heart desire which I’ve already said before is to make Hester in to a cyborg and marry her, here its showing who he never gives up for Hester however it does show that shrike is a bit of a traitor to Hester but the things he’s actually done for Hester he sold he’s prize possessions all for her he took all that time to find her and let crome take him apart many times without doing anything to them or hurt them.

Reeve makes shrike a very mysterious and peculiar type of character such as once Hester had left where she had stayed with shrike to kill valentine (in London ) so even though shrike told Hester not to because it wouldn’t be safe, he said it wouldn’t be safe because if he went with her to London Magnus crome the lord mayor would take him apart and do experiments on him so he couldn’t be there to save her from any problems that she would face now this is also very kind of shrike, so then once Hester left  of course he went after her however he didn’t go with her he decided to let her cross the hunting ground alone and he told her ” it was a test” and Hester replied “did I pass ” and he kept silent and never told her the answer and this shows the mysteries side of shrike that he want to stay silent about it so there is something beyond that pale mechanical face there is a kind soft normal human being.

Hello my name is Aniss Kadri and am writing to get my autobiography badge am going to start at the beginning I was born on November 4th 2002 on a Monday. At the age of 3 months I  travelled to Algeria and I stayed there for a while then I went to France to go to school. After  that I came back to London and went to walnut tree walk however as I was only a little kid Lambeth (my borough) said that I had to move school’s because it was to far away so I went to Vauxhall primary school and at first I was quite disappointed with this because I’ve made lots of friends and now I wasn’t going to see them. However overtime I got very happy and stayed there for7 years. In those 7 years many different and exciting up, downs and absolutely great.

I was small I loved milk I adored it, I mean I was 4 and I was still drinking milk out of the baby bottle. So my dad took notice of this and said I had to stop this habit or he will chuck my favourite bottle out of the window. Now I didn’t want to happen so I tried really hard to stop this habit but I just couldn’t so when my dad saw me he did just what he said and threw it. The next time I went shopping she bought me a new bottle but I threw it myself.

When I was in year 3 I went to a football tournament with my class wee went through tears, sweat, blood and hard work dedication. After we went through a lot of different and difficult rounds to get to the finals and we did with no games lost. Now we were going to the finals we trained even harder to face wyvil who are our number one enimes in the end we won 12-7 with me scoring 2 goals.
